“Growth Mindset” is Baghead’s newest instrumental album. As a follow up to his landmark 2021 project “Dedicated To Those Who,” it’s clear that Baghead continues to grow and develop his skill and style. Featuring interview clips and an ever-changing soundscape, “Growth Mindset” is built to offer a lens into Baghead’s world.

At the core, Baghead wants listeners to gain their own practice of ongoing growth. Looking at the diverse styles he produces, it’s clear Baghead is committed to this same practice in a multitude of ways. His album production follows hip-hop traditions, but by adding elements of lo-fi, boom-bap, trap, and R&B, Baghead stands grounded in his own originality.

He did it again, Flawless album!!! Other favorites have to be 'Cabbage Patch' & that sample used on ' Juniper Roses' is pure perfection. The production quality is probably his best to date.
